Out with the old...

So we are busy getting ready for our big "March Madness" sale. I am so antsy this time of year. I just want to wave a wand and have all the sale things gone, and the new (ridiculously gorgeous) things here and perfectly placed. In the meantime, I am working on my office. A daunting task, but for the first time in 11 years will actually be a beautiful and calming place. Now, if I could just catch up with paper work, I would feel much better. I'm flattered

A very wise man has told me many times that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Well, I'm flattered. I love when customer's come in and want to have their house look like the store, but it can work against me with other stores in town. By now I have been here for 11 and a half years, and there are always a few stores trying to do what you do. It keeps me on my toes, and makes me change things aroung all the time. So for all you peeping toms, game on. I am up for the challenge, and will always do it better. This is me, and my passion...and you can't duplicate that!

Start of something new

Well, it's you and me kid. I am delving into the next chapter, as I prepare to say good bye to our store manager of 7 years. Sad. Yes. Nervous. Yes. Excited. Yes. What?! I am excited of the new possibilities. I can't wait to share my journey with everyone, and all the new changes going on at the store! So here we go. Strap your seat belts on, and yes...it's you and me, so let's see where this takes us.
